We Provide Everything You Need to Pass the Exam on Your First Try
Thanks for your interest in obtaining your real estate license! The first step is to take your real estate classes at a state-licensed real estate school. In our program you will learn everything you need to pass the exam on your first try. Plus, you'll gain access to our custom class platform, informative live classes with top realtors every Monday and Thursday, on-demand videos, custom test preparation materials, and full exam simulation. With our comprehensive training, you'll be fully equipped to succeed in the real estate market.

Passing the Real Estate Exam
Upon completion of our pre-licensing course, you will receive a certificate that grants you eligibility to take the real estate license exam. The exam can be taken online or in-person at various locations throughout Massachusetts. It consists of 120 questions that cover all the topics you studied in our classes, ensuring you are fully prepared to become a licensed real estate agent. We wish you the best of luck on your exam!
Becoming a Licensed Salesperson
Once you've passed your real estate exam, your license will go into effect right away.
